Upon successful payment confirmation, our warehouse team will begin processing your order within 1–3 business days. Processing steps include order verification, inventory allocation, quality inspection, and packaging.
Please note that no processing, shipping, or delivery services are available on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or official U.S. and Canadian public holidays. For orders placed during peak shopping periods (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday seasons), processing time may be extended by an additional 1–2 business days due to high order volumes. Delivery timelines start after your order has been shipped (not after order placement). Estimated windows are as follows:

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system. This delay is normal, as carriers need time to scan and log the package into their transit network. If tracking information remains unavailable after 48 hours, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
If your order exceeds the estimated delivery window by 3 business days or more, please first check the carrier’s tracking page for updates (e.g., "in transit," "out for delivery," or "delivery exception"). Common exceptions include incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or customs holds. If no updates are available, contact us with your order number for further investigation.
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please take the following steps within 7 days of the recorded delivery date:
- Verify with family members, roommates, or neighbors to see if the package was received on your behalf.
- Check for alternative delivery locations at your address (e.g., front porch, backyard, mailbox, or building management office).
- Use your tracking number to contact the shipping carrier directly and request a delivery confirmation or proof of delivery (e.g., a photo of the package at your address).

Orders shipped to Canada are subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees imposed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and/or local provincial authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees displayed at checkout.
- Responsibility: The recipient of the package is solely responsible for paying all applicable duties and taxes upon delivery.
- Fee Estimation: We are unable to predict the exact amount of duties and taxes in advance, as these are determined by the CBSA based on the product’s value, category, and origin.
- Refusal of Delivery: If you refuse to pay the duties and taxes and decline delivery of the package, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we will issue a refund for the product price minus the original shipping fees and any return shipping costs incurred.
